30 Day Gyaru Challenge: Day 5

Hello everyone! I am here with another post for the day! Today's topic:

What do you love and dislike about Gyaru? Let's go (⁠◠⁠‿⁠・⁠)⁠—⁠☆

What I love about gyaru is the diversity of the style and how it is evolving every few years or so and that is has a look for every occassion! Here are some of my favorite pictures I found on pinterest!

What I dislike about gyaru:

Honestly, when it comes to the style I love it so much, but sometimes the controversy around it, when it comes to the much darker styles with extreme tans makes me feel uneasy. As a white person, though, I don't think I have the right to talk about such a sensitive subject so I will leave it to the poc of the community to talk about this and I will listen to them, as one should in such topics.
